Project: App launch campaign
Overview:
In response to the surge in food delivery demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, Domino's sought to modernize its ordering experience. Collaborating with the marketing team, I played a pivotal role in the campaign promoting the relaunch of the Domino's app, aiming to enhance user convenience and drive engagement.
Design & execution:
Web and eDM assets: developed engaging web banners and email direct marketing materials to inform customers about the app's new features and the exclusive offer of a free pizza upon download.
15-Second TVC bumper: assisted in driving the creative direction of the television commercial to capture attention and drive app downloads, aligning with the campaign's promotional efforts.
Outcome:
The campaign successfully increased app downloads and user engagement, contributing to Domino's objectives in the competitive food delivery market.
